I don't know what they call it in Georgian, but my guess is "manto" or "manti" or something similar. For the most part we have long transferred that name to unfilled steamed bread instead of filled buns, but neighbouring countries like Korea and Afghanistan still use the centuries-old Chinese name. I think the Armenians call dumplings "manti".
