J-20B main wing saw tooth is more prominent than J-20A. Although I'm not quite sure this is indeed a J-20B. If the engine is distinctly different, then this could be a J-20B.

TW's F-16A/B have been upgraded to F-16V. Over 300 J-11B have also been upgraded to J-11BG with AESA radar. Another 300 J-10A can also undergo similar upgrade. So TW get 150 upgraded F-16A/B, PLAAF will get 600 upgraded J-11B, J-10A. TW F-16A/B rolled off production line starting 1996 to late 90s, they're nearly 25-30 years old air frame. J-11B production lasted from 2007 to 2015, peaked at 2010. Around 12 years old air frame when they began upgrade.
And did I mention J-11B, J-10A are old models succeed by J-16, J-10B/C, J-20 which are built in much larger number and still counting? Only to be succeed by even newer model such as J-20B, J-35 just couple of years down the road?
