Regarding the size, using the 054A as reference, the new ship is larger than 056. Assuming in both photos, the aft align with 054A, the new ships reached beyond 054A's bridge, and the bridge windows are above 054A's. The 056 OTOH, its tip is behind 054A's bridge and the windows are beneath 054A's.
