Just two days later I'm already outdated. The second 054B is about to launch soon, very soon. One more update, it's already launched, just no photo yet.

The first 052D from the new batch has gone on sea trial. Notice the new APAR radar, no penant, and the mock Ka-28. It's believe this is 158 Dazhou.

At least three, possibly four, 093B has been observed to be launched this year in Huludao. This is likely prelude to the 095 just as four more 052C were built prior to 052D, two 054 were built prior to 054A, 20 additional 054A were built prior to 054B (though in this case, the larger number mean some of the 054A are also intended to replace the 056 given to the coast guard). It just mean there is possibly some delay and the PLAN don't intend to wait. They just built 093B based on some tech and feature of 095.
