Huawei, SMIC, YMTC are but just three of them. The ban is irrelevant to many in the defence and space sectors. For the rest they'd be put in survivor mode like Huawei, to different extent depending on how much they can rely on domestic supply chain. Become stronger or die. Those who couldn't survive are not on the entity list like Lenovo, Xiaome, Oppo. ZTE come close to be killed by the sanction, though, so they bend over to get themselves off the list. Actually many companies including those not on the list are starting their de-risking process. Funny this term coined by Ursula is so catchy.
