In Kharkivska, the Russian withdrew not becuase they fought and lost, but because they were out numbered. Similarly in Kherson, it's not because the Russian were losing the fight, but they've logistic issue in the west bank of Dnipro.
Now the Russian have 250K men in the SMO regions, while Ukraine prepared 150K men for the counter offensive. They're expecting the Russian would withdraw without a fight, or lost in fight? In places where Russian are not out numbered, have no logistic problem, and digged in? The exchange rate between Russian and Ukrainian now is around 1 to 8, according to Lukashenko.
