Now the memory has kicked in and maybe I heard of a game called Leagues of Legends, that probably is LOL, but I do not know what that is. If you show it to me, I would be guilty of not knowing what I would be looking at, if I was looking at that was LOL game, or an AI rendition of my ass. If this actually happened in real life, I would probably assume it was an AI rendition of my ass.

Okay, but seriously now ...

There were probably a few reasons why I posted that article about the number of video gamers in China.

1. Society has changed, when half the population of China would be active computer gamers. A lot of female gamers no doubt. It is just a part of the culture now, which is kind of remarkable for us more feudal minded people.

2. China is most definitely becoming wealthier, because the games today are like games that never end. Playing games that never end, sort of like entertainment. Before, when the arcade games came out, it was more like take break. Now it is play and play and play. On some level, it has to entertain to be able play that long. That was what I was thinking about. The unwashed masses want and demand more entertainment now.

3. Everyone is playing games, that means there is a huge captive market there, ready for subliminal messages to be sent directly into their brains. The commercial possibilities would be enormous. Little wonder that the CCP has a ministry of games or entertainment or something like that, some sub-department.
